Global Youth & Family Ministries is about to celebrate 10 years on mission to the nations & the next generations with the good news of Jesus Christ. Over the past decade, the ministry has developed into an international team of cross-cultural missionaries called to serve the Church; an extensive network of pastors, teachers, families, churches, and advocates for the next generation; and a growing, worldwide movement centered on engaging young people for the sake of the Gospel…

In light of this growth & change within GYFM, we have decided to change our name from GYFM to Next. Moving from a simple description of what we do to an embodiment of our call & vision for the next generation, Next begins to open up a sense of who we are and what we long for. Next is forward-looking, hope-filled, and active in its anticipation of and participation with God’s ongoing work in the world and among his people.

So no more worries about trying to remember a 4-letter acronym! Our heart, our hope, and our battle cry is the same; we are Next, for the nations & next generation!
